Booking Policy🐾 - 

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cash.

• All bookings include a free meet & greet before the service begins — this helps me learn all about your pet’s health, behaviour, and routine.

• The owner must inform me of any behavioural issues or health conditions before the service starts.

• Any changes to routines, feeding instructions, or medical conditions must be shared before the booking.

• Each overnight stay covers a 24-hour period from the chosen time to the same time the next day.

  • Extra time beyond 24 hours may be charged as additional day care.

• For the safety and comfort of all pets, they must be able to remain on their own for up to 4–6 hours at a time.

 

Cancellation Policy🐾- 

• If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in the deposit being retained.

• For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit can be refunded or credited toward a future booking — whichever you prefer.

 

Terms & Conditions📋-

• Dogs will be walked on lead unless written consent is given to walk off-lead in safe areas.

• In extreme weather (e.g., heat, storms, snow), walk durations may be adjusted for safety, but the visit time will still be spent caring for your dog.

• I will treat your home with full respect and ensure it is secure at all times.

• In the event of illness or injury, I will contact the owner immediately and, if necessary, take the pet to the nearest veterinary practice.

  • Any vet costs are the owner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • In an emergency where the owner cannot be reached, I will act in the pet’s best interest.

• While every care is taken, I cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or death of any pet that results from pre-existing health issues or situations beyond my control.

• I am not responsible for any damage or accidents in the home that are outside of my control.
